CLNRZ provides commercial and residential cleaning services throughout Ontario, connecting clients with skilled cleaning professionals. Our services include:

• Commercial cleaning services
• Residential cleaning services
• Specialized cleaning services
• Digital service verification and reporting
• Cleaning professional network management

Client Services

For clients who engage CLNRZ for cleaning services:

• We agree to provide cleaning services as specified in your service agreement or quote
• We will assign qualified cleaning professionals to perform requested services
• We will maintain appropriate insurance and comply with applicable regulations
• We will provide digital confirmation of service completion

Cleaning Professional Services

For cleaning professionals who join the CLNRZ network:

• We provide connection to clients seeking cleaning services
• We offer administrative, scheduling, and payment processing support
• We provide access to our cleaner-owner program as eligible
• We facilitate communication between clients and cleaning professionals

User Responsibilities

All Users

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our services in a manner consistent with these Terms

Client Responsibilities

As a client using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs and property
• Ensure reasonable access to service locations as scheduled
• Communicate special instructions or requirements in advance
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Treat cleaning professionals with respect and professionalism

Cleaning Professional Responsibilities

As a cleaning professional in our network, you agree to:

• Provide services in a professional and skillful manner
• Maintain any required licenses, certifications, or insurance
• Comply with all safety regulations and best practices
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
• Uphold CLNRZ quality standards and professional conduct expectations

Payment Terms

Client Payments

• Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or quote
• We accept major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and other specified payment methods
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement
• You agree to pay for all services rendered in accordance with the agreed-upon rates

Cleaning Professional Payments

• Payment schedules and methods are specified in your network agreement
• Payments are subject to verification of service completion
• We may withhold payments in cases of client disputes pending resolution
• Participation in the cleaner-owner program is subject to additional terms outlined in your network agreement

Intellectual Property

The CLNRZ name, logo, website, and all content, features, and functionality are owned by CLNRZ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without our express permission
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CLNRZ provides services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages
• Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CLNRZ and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Any content or information you provide to us

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will immediately cease
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments or obligations

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution to any disputes.

Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

Small Claims

Either party may bring an action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdictional limits of such courts.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with CLNRZ only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible under law.
